At Splendies, we want you to love what you wear; if you are not completely satisfied with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, all intimate apparel must be unworn with original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
